Q: Are there routine property inspections?
A: Yes. Quarterly inspections are conducted. A staff member will contact you at least 3 business days in advance to schedule a convenient time.
Q: What if I’m locked out of the property?
A: Contact the maintenance team for emergency lockout assistance. Note: A service fee applies for after-hours visits. Costs for lock replacement or key duplication are the resident’s responsibility.
Q: Can I terminate my lease early?
A: Early termination options:
Self-Replacement: Find a qualified replacement tenant.
Assisted Service: Pay a fee for management to source a replacement.
Note: Administrative fees apply for lease changes and property inspections. Consult your Tenancy Coordinator for guidance.
