Information for Tenants

1. Tenancy Fees
 
A tenancy setup fee is payable upon signing a legally binding tenancy agreement.

​Early termination (with landlord approval but without invoking a break clause) requires repayment of the landlord’s pro-rata advance commission for the unexpired term.
 
Tenant identity changes require written consent and a new agreement.
 

2. Deposit & ID

Deposits are registered with a tenancy deposit scheme (certificate issued if applicable).

Valid photo ID (passport/EU driving licence) is mandatory for tenancy processing.

3. Property Management
​
Management responsibilities (repairs, maintenance) may be assigned to third parties. Repairs under our management require landlord approval.

Key access for contractors depends on key custody status. Tenants must provide access if keys are unavailable.


4. Policy Amendments

Terms and fees may be revised with prior written notice.
